Orders will be packaged and shipped within 7 days or purchase. If there is a delay in processing orders and shipping an email will be sent out to inform the customer of the issue.

A coupon of 10% off next purchase will be given to the customer if there is further delay. If need be customer is able to receive a full refund if they choose.
